You may terminate this agreement at any time by giving written notice, but the Annual Fee shall remain payable for the remainder of the then current annual period and you shall not be entitled to any refund of any Annual Fee already paid.

Upon termination, all rights and licences granted to you under these Conditions automatically cease and you are immediately required to cease all use of the Company Trade Marks and other intellectual property rights owned or licensed by us. For the avoidance of doubt, you shall not be entitled to use any of the Company Trade Marks, including Certified, on any website, document or other materials following termination and must procure that any third parties who are marketing on your behalf also comply with this clause
